Free Collaborative Whiteboard Online
Collaborate visually with your team, class, or group. Share your screen during any video call and draw together in real-time. Export the results as PDF when done. No login, no cost.
How Collaboration Works
Visual collaboration via screen sharing β the simplest and most universal method.
Open the Whiteboard
One person opens onlinewhiteboard.org/whiteboard/ β no login, loads instantly. This person becomes the facilitator of the session.
Start a Video Call & Share Your Screen
Open Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, or any video platform. Share your browser tab showing the whiteboard. All participants now see the canvas in real-time.
Draw, Discuss, and Build Together
The facilitator draws as the group discusses. Participants guide verbally or via chat. Anyone can take control and draw by requesting screen control (in Zoom) or switching roles.
Export the Shared Board
After the session, export the board as a PDF β a complete visual record. Share with all participants as collaborative meeting notes or lesson summary.
Collaborative Use Cases
Team Brainstorming
Capture everyone's ideas on sticky notes. Group, cluster, and vote on ideas visually β much more engaging than bullet point lists.
Agile Retrospectives
Run remote sprint retros with sticky notes for "What went well / What to improve / Actions." Export the board as your retro document.
Design Reviews
Upload design mockups and annotate together during review calls. Everyone sees the feedback being drawn in real-time.
Group Study Sessions
Students draw diagrams together, solve problems step by step, and share notes visually during study calls.
Workshop Facilitation
Run visual workshops with breakout activities on separate boards. Facilitate structured ideation with sticky note activities.
Project Planning
Draw project roadmaps, assign tasks visually, and map dependencies together during planning sessions.
