OnlineWhiteboard.org provides a free, browser-based whiteboard drawing tool ("Static Whiteboard") available at the root domain, and optionally a real-time collaborative whiteboard feature available at a separate URL. The Static Whiteboard operates entirely within your browser. No user account, registration, or sign-up is required to use the Service.
The Service is provided free of charge. We make no guarantee of uptime, availability, continuity, feature preservation, or fitness for any particular purpose. The Service may be modified, restricted, or discontinued at any time, in whole or in part, without notice and without any liability to you.
3. "As-Is" Service — Complete Disclaimer of Warranties

5. User Responsibility and Sole Ownership of Content
Since all whiteboard content is processed and stored exclusively within your own browser (and never transmitted to or stored on our servers), you bear sole and exclusive responsibility for:
- All content you create, draw, annotate, or display using the Service;
- Regularly exporting and backing up your work as PNG, PDF, or project files;
- Any loss of content due to browser closure, device failure, cache clearing, or session expiry;
- Ensuring that your content and use of the Service comply with all applicable laws and regulations;
- Any consequences, including legal liability, arising from the content you create or share.
We strongly and explicitly recommend exporting your work frequently. We do not and cannot recover lost work under any circumstances.
6. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not use the Service in any manner that:
- Violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation;
- Infringes or misappropriates any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property or proprietary rights;

7. Collaborative Whiteboard Feature
Where available, the real-time collaborative whiteboard feature is governed by these Terms and additionally by the Collaborative Whiteboard Terms, which are incorporated here by reference. In the event of a conflict, the Collaborative Whiteboard Terms shall prevail with respect to that specific feature.
You are solely responsible for all content created within any collaboration room and for all actions of any person who accesses a room via a link you shared. We have no ability to monitor, access, or be held responsible for the content of any collaboration session.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
The OnlineWhiteboard.org website, its design, code, layout, graphics, text, and all related software and materials (excluding user-created content) are the exclusive intellectual property of OnlineWhiteboard.org and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely for your personal, educational, or commercial use in accordance with these Terms. No rights are granted to you other than this limited license.
You retain full ownership of any content you create using the whiteboard tools. Because content is stored locally in your browser and never transmitted to us, we make no claim over your drawings, diagrams, or exported files. You represent and warrant that any content you create does not infringe the rights of any third party.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OnlineWhiteboard.org and its owners, operators, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of or access to the Service; (b) any content you create or distribute using the Service; (c) your violation of these Terms; (d) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (e) your infringement of any third-party rights.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, the Collaborative Whiteboard Terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and OnlineWhiteboard.org with respect to the Service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings between you and us regarding the subject matter hereof.
